Safety Instructions
Assembly, installation, commissioning, and repairs of electrical appliances may only be carried out by a qualified electrician. Failure to follow these instructions can lead to damage to the appliance or other hazards.
Warranty
We offer a simplified process for warranty claims. The warranty is provided in accordance with legal provisions. In case of a defect, the replacement of the device must be carried out by your qualified electrician.
Cleaning
Clean the door phone with a dry or damp cloth. Remove heavier soiling with household plastic cleaner. Prevent water from entering the device! Do not use aggressive cleaning agents!
Disposal
Dispose of the device separately from household waste at an electronics recycling center. Contact your municipality for information on the nearest recycling center. The packaging is recyclable. Dispose of packaging components separately in recycling bins for cardboard and paper or plastic.
