Warranty
We offer a simplified process for warranty claims. The warranty is provided in accordance with legal regulations. In case of a defect, the device replacement must be carried out by your qualified electrician.
Cleaning
Clean the door phone with a dry or damp cloth. Remove heavier soiling with household plastic cleaner. Avoid water entering the device! Do not use aggressive cleaning agents!
Disposal
Dispose of the device separately from household waste at an electronics recycling center. Contact your local council for information on the nearest recycling center. The packaging is recyclable. Dispose of the packaging components separately in recycling bins for cardboard and paper or plastics.
