Safety Notice

Assembly, installation, commissioning, and repairs of electrical devices may only be carried out by a qualified electrician. Failure to follow the instructions can result in damage to the device or other hazards.

Warranty

We offer a simplified processing of warranty claims. The warranty is provided in accordance with legal provisions. The replacement of the device in case of fault must be carried out by your electrician.

Cleaning

Clean the door phone with a dry or damp cloth. Remove heavier soiling with household plastic cleaner. Avoid water entering the device! Do not use aggressive cleaning agents!

Disposal

Dispose of the device separately from household waste at a collection point for electronic scrap. You can inquire about the responsible collection point at your local municipality. The packaging is recyclable. Dispose of packaging components separately in collection containers for cardboard, paper, and plastics.
