Assembly, installation, commissioning, and repairs of electrical devices may only be carried out by a qualified electrician. Failure to follow the instructions may result in damage to the device or other hazards.
Warranty
We offer simplified handling of warranty claims. The warranty is provided in accordance with legal regulations. In the event of a defect, the device must be replaced by your qualified electrician.
Cleaning
Clean the door phone with a dry or damp cloth. Remove heavier soiling with household plastic cleaner. Avoid water penetrating the device! Do not use aggressive cleaning agents!
Disposal
Dispose of the device separately from household waste at a collection point for electronic scrap. You can inquire about the responsible collection point at your local municipality. The packaging is recyclable. Dispose of packaging parts separately in collection containers for cardboard and paper or plastics.
