Assembly, installation, commissioning, and repairs of electrical devices may only be carried out by a qualified electrician. Failure to follow the instructions may result in damage to the device or other hazards.
We offer a simplified processing of warranty claims. The warranty is provided in accordance with legal provisions. In case of a defect, the device must be replaced by your qualified electrician.
Clean the door phone with a dry or damp cloth. Remove heavier soiling with household plastic cleaner. Avoid water penetrating the device! Do not use aggressive cleaning agents!
Dispose of the device separately from household waste at a collection point for electronic scrap. Inquire about the responsible collection point at your local municipal administration. The packaging is recyclable. Dispose of packaging components separately in collection containers for cardboard and paper or plastics.
